At KitCulture, we always want you to have a smooth shopping experience. To keep things transparent and fair for everyone, please go through our policy before placing your order.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns once a product is sold.
Since most of our jerseys are limited in stock, we request you to check the size chart and product details carefully before ordering.
Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Please double-check your size, address, and contact details before placing the order.
Exchanges
We do offer exchanges in the following cases:
Size issues
Damaged product received
Wrong product sent from our side
To be eligible for an exchange, the issue must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product.
Shipping Charges for Exchanges
If the mistake is from our side:
(for example: wrong item, damaged product, wrong size sent by us)
→ We will take care of all the exchange shipping charges.
If the exchange is requested from the customer’s side:
(for example: size issue after ordering or change of preference)
→ The customer will need to bear the shipping charges for both pickup and re-delivery.
Conditions for Exchange
To keep the process smooth, please make sure:
The jersey is unused and unwashed
Tags and original packaging are intact
Proper photos/videos are shared while reporting the issue
We may not be able to approve exchanges if the product is used or damaged after delivery.
